IRONCLAW made an amazing animated intro for the Game Madden 13. I worked with the team on some of the football action shots. The players where stylistically transported to a football stadium of the future, with part of their forms seeming to blend into the data that symbolized the game itself. The players were rotoscoped and tracked into a 3D environment that contained the stadium lights and digital turf. The turf and players then where enhanced using subtle particle system effects. Extensive digital relighting was done to transform these daytime football shots into sleek night shots of the future.
